Local investor buys iconic downtown building.

Just Sold! A local investor just purchased the 50,000-square-foot Beerman Building located near the corner of West Monument Ave and North Main Street. The new owner, David Lemberg of The Lemberg Co., plans to update a significant amount of space in the building and rename it The Lemberg Co. Crest broker/agent, Tim Albro, brokered the sale transaction. Crest Commercial Realty will continue to manage and lease the property.
