Air City Garage sells for $2,500,000!

SOLD! A downtown landmark, Air City Garage, recently sold for $2.5 million. Constructed in 1960, the garage is seven stories and 162,500 SF. The building includes 390 parking spaces and 10,000 SF of commercial retail space. There are two current tenants in approximately 4,000 SF. The Seller was JEL Enterprises, LLC and the Buyer was an entity owned by Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA). Crest agent, Tony Taylor represented the Seller. RTA did not have tenant representation.
