480 Congress Park Drive sells for $1.15 million!

This 15,500-square-foot building on 1.3 acres is the new home of Watkins Heating & Cooling, a family business providing HVAC service and replacement for residential and light commercial customers in Cincinnati and Dayton. Crest partner, Tony Taylor represented the seller, American Cutting Edge, which consolidated operations to the company’s Miamisburg facility. This will be the third location in the region for Watkin’s Heating & Cooling.
