Just Sold! 4139 Wilmington Pike sold for $1,400,000 to Kett Wilmington Real Estate, LLC. The free-standing restaurant has been occupied by Mexican restaurant, El Rancho Grande since 2013. The restaurant will remain at this location. Crest broker/agent, Tim Albro represented the seller.
